An excellence of Extra Virgin Olive Oils, produced from carefully selected “Cultivar Taggiasca” olives coming exclusively from Western Liguria, at an average altitude of 400 meters above sea level.

A light golden colour, and a great balance of strong and delicate aromas, with notes of almond and pine nut, a slight bitterness and a touch of peppery.

This precious unfiltered extra virgin olive oil is treated naturally, cold pressed and unfiltered. The natural deposit is reduced by decanting several times.
