Artisanal Colomba with wild berries

The classic Easter sweet bread, originating from Milan as an Easter version of the famous panettone. As usual, this is produced by our favourite pastry shop: Aledi di Bronte in Sicily.

This variation from tradition is enriched with wild berries. With their sweet and tart flavours, they are a perfect addition to be amazing in the soft and buttery bread of the Colomba.

Strictly made following the tradition, with natural sourdough and a 56 hours leavening process. It is certain to leave you speechless and wanting for more !
