From la Marca di San Michele – a great traditional method sparkling wine, not dosed. Informal and crunchy, with a little aggressive bubble
Bright yellow, with a light cloudiness. Fragrant, intense, with a cedar scent and some minerality. Dry, decisive, almost sharp on the palate. The last glasses, as the wine warms up, take on notes of a lovely crème brûlée flavour.
Variety: 100% Verdicchio
Alcohol: 12.5%.
