Mozzarella di bufala is usually eaten without any dressings. It is recommended to take it out of the fridge and let it rest in its protective liquid at room temperature for a couple of hours.
Buffalo Milk, salt, rennet.
If not consumed right after being delivered, we recommend storing it in the lower part of your fridge and take it out 1 or 2 hours before consumption. Leftovers should be put back in the protective liquid and in the fridge.
