A smooth and delicate olive oil made uniquely from the “Nocellara del Belice” IGP variety, 100% cold pressed for maximum quality.

This oil has a rich green to golden colour, the aroma is intense, fruity, and herbal. The flavour is delicate and not too sharp and with a slight bitter note.

 

The bag-in-box packaging is an excellent container: even when partly consumed, the oil is sheltered from sunlight and air, keeping it as fresh as possible; and the tap makes it easy to pour how much you want in a bottle.
