The Zizzona di Battipaglia®, as well as the other mozzarella variants, is usually eaten without any dressings. It is recommended to take it out of the fridge and let it rest in its protective liquid at room temperature for a couple of hours.

If not consumed right after being delivered, we recommend storing it in the lower part of your fridge and take it out 1 or 2 hours before consumption. We recommend letting the leftover Zizzona rest in its protective liquid and keep it in the lower part of your fridge.
