From the Apennines valleys of the lower Po region, comes this traditional salami, handmade by the master butchers at Casarini.
This salami is made with pork and beef meat 100% bred in the Casarini farm, where all animals live a happy life in open pastures, free to roam, forage and grow naturally.
The meat is ground, seasoned, stuffed in a natural casing and aged for two months, but because it is in small pieces the result is a firmer meat, and rich and flavourful salami.
